shipping & delivery We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of items in stock. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS from Portland, Maine. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided. Mail orders over $100.00 paid by check will not be shipped until check has cleared. Please contact Customer Service regarding orders being shipped to a foreign address, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.
