shipping & delivery We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of items in stock. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS from Portland, Maine. United States Postal Service will be used for all orders shipped to PO Boxes. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided. Mail orders over $100.00 paid by check will not be shipped until check has cleared. To receive expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by noon, EST. Overnight delivery is not available, and other expedited shipping options are limited for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations. Additional charges for expedited services to these locations may apply. Please contact Customer Service regarding orders being shipped to a foreign address, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.
